I designed a brochure to reflect a development that was a true one-off; an old Victorian industrial launderette building standing firm against the proliferation of indent-kit towers that dominate the Nine Elms Regeneration area in London. Mixing different stocks and an exposed spine, I aimed to make the marketing collateral as eclectic as the building itself.
